Units eligible for registration:

• Copy of the primary sale contract of the unit.

• Copy of the land registered title deed evidencing the seller’s ownership of the land on which the unit is constructed.

• Copy of the building license and approved architectural drawings.

Units in the New Urban Communities:

• Copy of the seller’s title deed issued by the relevant New Urban Community Authority.

• Copy of the land financial statement.

• Copy of the building license and/or the ministerial decision allocating the land, along with the approved architectural drawings.
